As a proud US Navy Veteran, Andria is an accomplished electronic engineer with a specialization in Radio Frequency (RF) communications. With 20 years of extensive experience across various sectors of the federal landscape, she has honed her skills in business development, project management, systems engineering, construction and installation, and quality control management. Her previous positions have equipped her with a deep understanding of contracts and compliance regulations in both the private and public sectors. Andria holds a bachelor’s degree in business management and an MBA from Chaminade University.
The real passion that drives Lanakila is Andria's commitment to service and community. She serves as AFCEA International’s Emerging Leader VP of Indo-Pacific, as well as the EL VP for AFCEA Hawaii Chapter showcasing her commitment to empowering and mentoring in the industry. A dedicated community advocate, Andria helped spearhead efforts in Workforce Development at the Puea Learning Center in Waianae, Hawaii. She serves as an instructor for a RF communications course at Leeward Community College. As well as a member of the Hawaii Chamber of Commerce Young Professionals Program. Her vision centers on fostering partnership and collaboration to provide the best possible support for her customers, Hawaii's communities, and industry stakeholders.
